+ TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE
Chinese Medicine is a comprehensive medical system that includes acupuncture, moxibustion, herbal preparations, massage therapy, nutrition, and exercise. In recent years many people have chosen Chinese Medicine as their primary health care resource for a wide variety of health problems. In addition to treating your primary health complaints, the benefits of Chinese Medicine include pain relief, immune enhancement, and increased energy and well-being. This is because Chinese Medicine treats the whole person, not just the individual symptoms.
+ HERBOLOGY
Herbology represents one of the most powerful healing traditions in use today. Chinese Herbology represents the most organized, consistent, and accessible herbal system available to us. Herbal preparations may be recommended for you based on an understanding of the picture that emerges from your individual situation according to traditional Chinese patterns and nutritional concepts. These formulas can be prepared by our in-house herbal pharmacy.
+ ACUPUNCTURE
Acupuncture consists of the gentle insertion and stimulation of thin, disposable, sterile needles at strategic points near the surface of the body. The needles are much finer than the familiar hypodermic needle. While many patients are initially skeptical of the fact that acupuncture is pain free, they soon discover that it can be quite pleasurable. Acupuncture has been proven to stimulate the release of opiate-like hormones and induce a deep state of relaxation, balance, and healing.
+ FACIAL REJUVENATION
Our skin is a major organ of metabolic detoxification, as well as our first defense from the outside world. Traditional Chinese Medicine looks at the complexion as an indicator of inner health. The health of the body is reflected in beautiful skin. Acupuncture treatment works to strengthen and balance the body in order to create a polished and refined complexion.
