Integral Health and Wellness Solutions. Our treatments include a range of services designed to treat your body as a whole. Whether it’s through acupuncture, herbal preparations, or nutritional guidance, our goal is to not only alleviate symptoms but to enhance your overall well-being
-
Acupuncture involves inserting thin, sterile needles at key points on the body. These needles are much finer than typical hypodermic needles. Often perceived as pain-free and pleasurable, acupuncture stimulates the release of hormones similar to opiates, inducing a state of deep relaxation, balance, and healing.
-
Herbology is a vital healing tradition, with Chinese Herbology being the most organized and widely accessible. Customized herbal preparations are made based on an individual's unique health patterns, following traditional Chinese medicine and nutritional principles, and are crafted in our specialized herbal pharmacy.

Moxibustion harnesses the healing warmth of burning mugwort to activate specific acupuncture points, effectively promoting internal healing and energetic equilibrium. At our clinic, each session is meticulously tailored to individual needs, focusing on enhancing circulation, boosting the immune system, and relieving conditions caused by 'cold' or 'stagnant' energies, ensuring a personalized therapeutic experience.
-
Cupping therapy uses suction on the skin to facilitate deep tissue healing, significantly enhance blood flow, and alleviate muscle stiffness. Our skilled therapists customize each session to not only draw out toxins and invigorate energy flow but also to specifically target and mitigate each patient’s particular areas of concern, from physical pain to general fatigue, enhancing overall vitality.
-
Microneedling is a minimally invasive procedure that uses fine, thin needles to stimulate your skin’s natural healing process. By encouraging the production of collagen and elastin, it revitalizes your skin, helping to reduce the appearance of common concerns like acne scars, wrinkles, enlarged pores, and pigmentation. This treatment promotes smoother, firmer, and more youthful-looking skin.

FAQS
-
During your first acupuncture session, you can expect a thorough consultation to understand your health history and current concerns. The practitioner may check your pulse, look at your tongue, and palpate the area of concern to gather more information about your condition. During the session, thin, sterile needles will be inserted into specific points on your body to promote healing and qi flow. Depending on what was done during the session, it’s normal to feel tired after the treatment. We recommend staying well-hydrated, taking it easy for the rest of the day, and nourishing your body as needed once the treatment is done.

Herbal consultations and acupuncture treatments differ in their approach to addressing health concerns. Acupuncture treatments involve bodywork, where thin, sterile needles are used to manipulate the flow of qi (energy) within the body to promote healing. On the other hand, herbal consultations focus on using herbs as internal medicine to address specific concerns. During an herbal consultation, the practitioner will prescribe a customized herbal formula to support your health internally.
Both services can be used independently or together as part of a comprehensive treatment plan. -
