7/15 Service Update - Our retail shop is open again! Customers MUST wear mouth covering in order to be served. You are once again welcome to come in and peruse. Our operating days & hours: Monday - Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:20 PM.

For Health Practitioners: You can submit your online prescription orders via Kamwo Escript.

For the General Public: Kamwo’s general online store (kamwostore.com) is the best way to shop. You can shop for your essentials and we can ship them to your home, it’s fast and easy. Need an herbal prescription filled? You can email your prescription to customerservice@kamwo.com or if you prefer, WeChat us at 646-771-3947.

Processing time and delivery: Due to the current staff shortage, we are asking customers that it may take an extra 1-2 business days longer than usual to process orders. Currently, UPS has been very good at delivering on time, however, please recognize that delays are slightly more common than usual, we ask for your understanding.
